Booking an Event
How do I Book?
The preferred method is by booking online,telephoning us,alternatively you can text us.Our contact information can be found.
How much time do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime,however bookings get very busy so please book early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Alternatively you can contact us on the day,as we may have availability.
When are our Bouncy castles Available?
Our Castles are available 7 days a week,all year round,including bank holidays.
How long do I get the equipment for?
Most parties are in the afternoon but we will deliver by 12.00,we will then come and collect your castle between 1800-20.00hrs,although pick up can be arranged earlier or later if required.
Do you Hire overnight?
Under certain circumstances this can be arranged,please contact us for information and additional costs.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime,all we ask is as much notice as possible.If no notice is given we must charge you for the hire.

What do the price include?
All Bouncy Castle prices include local delivery,however a small charge may need to be deliver within certain Post Codes.
You will also receive a blower,extension cable,circuit breaker and safety crash mat,the price also includes set up,inflation and collection.
Do I pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.
How do I Pay?
Most people pay cash on delivery,a cheque will have to be agreed in advance.We are unable to accept credit cards.
What happens when you arrive?
We introduce ourselves to you, and set up our equipment,we will ask you where you would like the equipment sited,we will set up,introduce you to the equipment,then when you are happy we will give you a safety brief,only then do we ask for payment.
Can a Bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
No this is not possible if the slope is over 5% incline, however if it a slight slope it may be ok,you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.
How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The Bouncy castle take approx 15 minutes to set up,and 20 minutes to pack up.However this is only a estimate,times may vary depending on which castle you hire.
How much space is needed?
Please click onto your product of interest it will give you all dimensions and sizes the extra space has been added to the dimensions on the products page, you will need to allow a minimum of 1.5 metres at the front,the play area, and rear of the castle of 1.5 metres to allow for the blower, and 1 metre either side,this is to allow to put safety pegs in place.
Please make sure all garden items such as furniture,and the washing line is taken down if required.
Is there an age limit using the kids castles?
Yes,all of our children's castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14
When I hire a Bouncy castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply the equipment you will need for the castle,you will need to supply a 240 volt mains power supply,plus we will need 2 forms of ID i.e driver's license,utility bill etc,this forms part of the agreement.
Do you supply safety instructions?
We will brief you on the set up,risk assessment,and all safety advice.
